Wharncliffe Side & Oughtibridge Green Belt Hearing - 14 October

As part of the Sheffield Local Plan, Sheffield City Council are proposing to build 103 homes on the 'Horse Field' in Wharncliffe Side (site reference NWS31) and 69 homes on green belt land by Forge Lane in Oughtibridge (site reference NWS30). On 14 October, planning inspectors hosted a hearing at the Showroom/Workstation in Sheffield. Contributers at the hearing included representatives from Sheffield City Council, The Wharncliffe Side Let's Breathe Campaign, Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust, and other interested parties.
